  • Design and deliver multi-level technical training programs for internal or external sales/marketing personnel.
  • Identify program needs and obtain technical data.
  • Schedule programs and maintain training records.
  • Ensure that training programs delivered meet client needs.
  • Evaluate training delivery and provide feedback.

Education
