- Bachelor s Degree or technical institute degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 2 years experience with Server 2012 R2, 2016, 2019, and 2022.
- 2 years IIS Administration.
- 2 years of network communications, including TCP/IP and DNS Samba/CIFS file sharing and NTFS permissions.
- 2 years of strong professional experience in AWS cloud systems.
- 2 years of strong professional experience in Microsoft Azure cloud systems.
- 2 years of experience with other cloud providers, such as GCP.
- 2 years of professional experience in the administration of Microsoft software.
- 3 years of IT work experience in infrastructure/network environments in systems operations, support, maintenance, and administration.
- 3 years of professional experience supporting middleware such as API Management, IT Service Automation tools, and batch job services.
- 5 years of professional experience in information systems engineering or a related field.
- Support and expand client infrastructure.
- Coordinate server configuration and administration with multiple parties.
- Make recommendations for future server and software upgrades.
- Monitor systems and applications to ensure security, availability, and performance.
- Establish systems by evaluating network performance issues, including availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency.
- Maintain network and systems performance by performing systems monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning.
- Build and manage relationships in a matrixed environment.
- Find opportunities to refactor solutions to obtain better performance, cost, and efficiency.
- Create and manage Azure DevOps projects, git repositories, and pipelines.
- Oversee and configure Azure DevOps organizational settings.
- Recommend and assist with the building and hosting of complex application solutions.
- Understand, deploy, and manage AWS, Microsoft Azure, and/or other cloud services.
- Support other IT staff, including developers.
- Other duties as assigned.
