Job Overview:
Pay Range: $35/hr - $40/hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- 1 years of experience with Windows Server and performing server administration tasks.
- Experience using Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP).
- Ability to map network drives.
- Experience installing and configuring software.
- Working knowledge of SQL Server Management Studio and SQL database experience (preferred).
- Experience administering IIS including managing SSL certificates, website setup and configuration, and identifying and resolving security-related IIS issues.
- Claims processing experience.
- Testing experience.
- Release management experience.
Responsibilities:
- Proficiency with MS Office products, general internet usage, and PC operation.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and tools (e.g., ServiceNow, ATLAS, Fusion, FormWorks, KPOM).
- Availability for deployments at 9:00 PM PST with flexibility to work late hours to support a release.
