- Local candidate able to work on-site (job requirement)
- Strong command of the English language, written and verbal, effective Communication Skills (job requirement).
- Ability to write clear technical documentation.
- Availability for deployments at 9:00 PM PST (job requirement) (This doesn't happen daily, however there needs to be flexibility to work late ours (by starting late) to support a release. This will be scheduled in advanced).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and tools (e.g., ServiceNow, ATLAS, Fusion, FormWorks, KPOM).
- Proficiency with MS Office products, general internet usage, and PC operation.
- Experience with Windows Server and performing server administration tasks.
- Experience using Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP).
- Ability to map network drives.
- Experience installing and configuring software.
- Working knowledge of SQL Server Management Studio and SQL database experience (preferred).
- Experience administering IIS includingManaging SSL certificates
- Website setup and configuration
- Identifying and resolving security-related IIS issues
- Claims processing experience.
- Testing experience.
- Release management experience.
