Job Description:This role focuses on customer parts counter support, inventory management, warehouse activities, and maintaining strong customer relationships while ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.Requirement/Must Have:Compliance with Candidatealth, Safety, and Environmental standards, policies, and regulations.Use of appropriate personal protective equipment.Ability to handle customer parts counter duties including receiving parts calls, assisting walk-in customers, completing paperwork, and processing transactions.Ability to maintain professional relationships with internal and external customers and escalate issues when necessary.Ability to maintain a neat and clean customer parts area and warehouse.Ability to identify and act on opportunities to upsell products and services.Ability to perform stock management, shipping and receiving, inventory-related tasks, warehouse duties, and core processing as assigned.Experience:Significant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience.Responsibilities:Assist customers by sourcing and locating parts, including complex requests, and providing alternatives when needed.Utilize systems, catalogs, and resources to identify and procure parts efficiently in collaboration with technicians.Candidatetor and support less experienced parts personnel through on-the-job training and knowledge sharing.Participate in improvement assignments or projects and lead small portions when required.Perform other parts-related duties as assigned by management.Should Have:Ability to address customer needs in a timely manner and communicate effectively.Ability to relate comfortably with diverse groups of people.Strong customer focus and ability to deliver customer-centric solutions.Skills:Order processing skills and the ability to manage the complete lifecycle of customer orders.Knowledge of systems used for order entry, modification, and customer query resolution.Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.Accountability in meeting commitments.Action-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for tackling challenges.Knowledge of warehouse inventory control methodologies.Ability to optimize work processes with a focus on continuous improvement.Understanding of proactive customer support throughout the order lifecycle.Interpersonal savvy in working with diverse groups.Qualification And Education:High school diploma, secondary education certificate, or equivalent experience.Proficiency in Microsoft applications, report generation, and advanced computer skills.Licensing may be required based on export control or sanctions regulations.
