Senior Guidewire Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate requirements gathering workshops with business stakeholders, product owners, and SMEs using structured elicitation techniques.
• Drive cross-functional discussions between business users, architects, and technical teams to clarify scope and resolve ambiguities.
• Translate business needs into clear, detailed, and traceable business requirements across PolicyCenter solutions.
• Document requirements using Guidewire-standard artifacts such as requirement specifications, use cases, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Act as a bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring requirements are feasible and clearly understood.
• Develop strong knowledge of Guidewire PolicyCenter concepts to effectively analyze and communicate requirements.
• Support headless PolicyCenter implementations by defining API-driven requirements, integration flows, and service contracts.
• Collaborate with integration and digital teams to align frontend, middleware, and backend services with business processes.
• Participate in backlog refinement, design reviews, and solution walkthroughs to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.

Required Skills And Experience:

• Strong experience in business analysis within Guidewire PolicyCenter environments.
• Proven ability to lead requirement workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of API-driven architectures and headless implementations.
• Familiarity with Guidewire best practices, templates, and documentation standards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Education:

• Bachelor s degree in a relevant field required.

Years of Experience:

• Typically 5 years of experience in Business Analysis with Guidewire expertise.
