Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate requirements gathering workshops with business stakeholders, product owners, and SMEs using structured elicitation techniques.
- Drive cross-functional discussions between business users, architects, and technical teams to clarify scope and resolve ambiguities.
- Translate business needs into clear, detailed, and traceable business requirements across PolicyCenter solutions.
- Document requirements using Guidewire-standard artifacts such as requirement specifications, use cases, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Act as a bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring requirements are feasible and clearly understood.
- Develop strong knowledge of Guidewire PolicyCenter concepts to effectively analyze and communicate requirements.
- Support headless PolicyCenter implementations by defining API-driven requirements, integration flows, and service contracts.
- Collaborate with integration and digital teams to align frontend, middleware, and backend services with business processes.
- Participate in backlog refinement, design reviews, and solution walkthroughs to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
- Strong experience in business analysis within Guidewire PolicyCenter environments.
- Proven ability to lead requirement workshops and stakeholder discussions.
- Experience translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Knowledge of API-driven architectures and headless implementations.
- Familiarity with Guidewire best practices, templates, and documentation standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Bachelor s degree in a relevant field required.
- Typically 5 years of experience in Business Analysis with Guidewire expertise.
Salary : $75 - $80
