Requirement/Must Have:

Requirement/Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3 years of Business Analyst experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to understand business needs.
- Develop process flows, user stories, and requirements documentation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with project, development, and testing teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and issue resolution.
- Communicate project status, risks, and requirements changes to stakeholders.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with OutSystems low-code platform, including requirements analysis, solution design support, and collaboration with OutSystems development teams.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar project management tools.
