We are looking for Snowflake Data Architect for our client in Warsaw IN.

Job Overview:
Pay Range: $55hr - $60hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- 12 years in data architecture, with 3 years on Snowflake (SnowPro Advanced certification preferred).
- Deep expertise in dimensional & data vault modeling.
- Hands-on with Azure Data Factory, dbt, Azure Key Vault, Pulumi IaC.
- Data Mesh principles (Domain Ownership, Data as a Product, Federated Governance).
- HIPAA / PHI / PII compliance experience (healthcare/life sciences preferred).
Responsibilities:
- Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models for 9 source systems and 2 MVP data products.
- Define Snowflake account architecture (RAW/CURATED/GOLD layers, warehouse sizing, retention policies).
- Design RBAC hierarchy, Row-Level Security, and column masking policies (SHA-256 hashing for PHI/PII).
- Own naming standards, service user key-pair authentication, network policies, and MFA enforcement.
- Review pipeline patterns and enforce Data Mesh interoperability policies.
- Support ZB InfoSec reviews and HIPAA compliance sign-offs.
- Guide CI/CD promotion path (Dev Test Prod) via Azure DevOps.
