Manufacturing Technician

• Provide front-line process technician support for manufacturing and operations teams in a fast-paced production environment.
• Support manufacturing processes involving new production equipment, process improvements, cost reduction initiatives, and new product introductions.
• Apply lean manufacturing techniques and best practices while supporting and coaching production assemblers.
• Instruct production personnel on manufacturing and testing procedures for product devices.
• Recommend and implement process, tooling, and equipment improvements to enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost efficiency.
• Interpret test data, analyze product performance, and assist with yield improvement initiatives.
• Support maintenance and engineering teams in troubleshooting production equipment, safety, quality, and process issues.
• Perform scrap dissection activities and support root cause investigations.
• Communicate production and operational information effectively across shifts and functional teams.
• Support compliance with quality systems, environmental standards, regulatory requirements, and operational procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Support manufacturing operations and process improvement activities.
• Assist with new production equipment and new product introductions.

• Train assemblers on manufacturing and testing procedures.

• Communicate operational updates across shifts and departments.
• Ensure compliance with quality systems and regulatory requirements.

Experience:

• 1 4 years of manufacturing technician experience.

Skills:

• Knowledge of lean manufacturing processes and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to teach and coach production personnel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Qualification And Education:

• High school diploma, trade school certification, apprenticeship training, or equivalent in Electronics, Engineering Technology, or a related field.

Should Have:

• Experience in medical device manufacturing environments.
