Job Overview:

Pay Range: $57hr - $62hr

Requirement/Must Have:

• 1 years of experience in ReactJS, Redux, and modern JavaScript (ES6 ).
• Experience with Python.
• Proficiency in unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha).
• Knowledge of performance optimization tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel).
• Experience with Agile methodologies and stakeholder management.
• Exposure to Generative AI tools (e.g., Claude AI).
• Proven experience in leading teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a development team, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Take ownership of application delivery and stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend teams to align technical solutions with business and user needs.
• Translate wireframes and mockups into responsive, high-quality user interfaces.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex UI issues to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Ensure code quality through unit testing and continuous integration practices.
• Optimize application performance across browsers and devices.
