Laboratory Analyst II

Requirement/Must Have:

• Experience developing or performing ELISA or plate-based assays.
• Ability to document data accurately and promptly.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Experience:

• Prior experience with ELISA or plate-based sample testing.
• Experience documenting data in compliance with laboratory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine sample testing using host cell protein ELISA-based assays.
• Analyze and interpret test results and perform troubleshooting as needed.
• Manage work assignments under the supervision of the manager.
• Support training and execution of non-GMP sample testing.
• Document data in electronic lab notebooks and data packets following GLP guidelines.
• Ensure compliance by supporting routine equipment and laboratory maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced lab environment.

Should Have:

• Experience with host cell protein or impurity-based ELISA assays.
• Experience in a QC laboratory or GMP environment.
• Familiarity with plate-based software such as SoftMax Pro.
• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Data documentation and compliance knowledge (GLP).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualification and Education:

• Bachelor s degree in Life Sciences or related field preferred.
