Job Overview:
Requirement/Must Have:
- Strong experience in desktop support and end-user services.
- Experience supporting Windows operating systems and MS Office.
- Knowledge of VPN, network printing, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Ability to troubleshoot a wide range of hardware and software issues.
- Strong understanding of SLA management and ticketing systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Experience:
- 4 7 years of technical experience in onsite IT support or similar roles.
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Perform break-fix support, IMACD activities, data migration, refreshes, and system health checks.
- Provide on-site technical assistance to end users at desk locations.
- Manage ticket queues and ensure incidents and service requests are resolved within SLA.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements.
- Perform software installations, updates, and configuration changes.
- Identify and proactively resolve issues impacting end-user experience.
- Support IT operations for onsite and offsite events and meetings.
- Assist with disaster recovery and emergency IT response.
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure compliance with security policies.
- Perform administrative tasks, including access reviews, audits, and documentation.
- Coordinate with Level 3 support teams for escalations and improvements.
- Participate in on-call support on a rotational basis.
Should Have:
- CompTIA A certification or equivalent.
- Experience working in diverse technical environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to travel to remote sites as needed.
