Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Transport and store computer inventory following established procedures.
- Lift, push, and pull equipment up to 50 lbs as part of daily tasks.
- Image and configure computers using Windows 11 and SCCM.
- Schedule computer replacements with end users through ServiceNow.
- Perform end-user desk-side computer refresh and deployment activities.
- Reclaim, transport, and manage decommissioned equipment.
- Update and maintain inventory records using HAM Pro within ServiceNow.
- Provide professional, customer-focused support during on-site interactions.
- Travel to various county locations using company-provided transportation.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience with Windows 11 imaging and deployment using SCCM.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow for ticketing and scheduling.
- Ability to handle physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to follow documented procedures and maintain accurate records.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ServiceNow HAM Pro (Hardware Asset Management).
- Experience with Apple iPhone deployment and mobile device support.
- Prior experience in hardware deployment, refresh, or field support roles.
