Job Overview:

The candidate will play a crucial role on the team by assisting with importing clinical data from the field operations team utilizing statistical application software and providing feedback and guidance to ensure quality standards are met for the customer base. The Opportunity:

• Diligently enter, create, maintain, and archive designated master data within the span of responsibility.
• Foster automated and efficient decision making throughout the organization.
• The candidate will apply CLIA and CAP regulatory requirements to assess data for compliance and monitor its quality.
• Take risks and implement ideas within established parameters.

Candidate Profile:

• Possess a Medical Laboratory Medicine degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Advanced working knowledge of EP Evaluator statistical software with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of the fundamentals of databases and data structures including tables, hierarchical structures, and flat files.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple functions at one time.
• Efficient and effective oral and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with the College of American Pathologists (CAP) regulatory checklists.
• Familiarity with chemistry laboratory verification and inspection expectations.
• Medical Technologist or Clinical Lab Scientist certification with 3 years of experience is preferred.
• Experience with SQL, Python, or BI tools is preferred.
