Job Overview:
Looking for an experienced Business Analyst with LIMS implementation experience to join a team to implement a Starlims LPH product used for testing Environmental and Clinical samples.
Requirement/Must Have:
- Experience in a laboratory environment or in supporting laboratory systems.
- Familiarity with System Development Life Cycle methodologies including Agile and Waterfall methods.
- Assisting in STARLIMS configuration validation, test case development, and quality assurance activities.
- Creating documentation for business requirements, functional specifications, and solution designs.
- Eliciting and documenting business requirements through techniques such as interviews and workshops.
- Analyzing laboratory processes and identifying areas for improvement or automation.
- Engaging stakeholders to understand their needs, provide updates, and manage expectations.
- Analyzing data to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
- Developing and executing test plans, test cases, and user stories.
- Demonstrated analytical problem-solving skills.
- Experience with software products including Word, Excel, Visio, and DevOps.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Starlims LPH.
