About the Role

This Ecommerce Manager owns the full performance of our Canadian Shopify store (cymbiotika.ca) — revenue, conversion, AOV, and retention. You'll work from a strong foundation: an established brand playbook, a proven content and conversion framework, subscription infrastructure already in place, and a U.S. growth engine you can draft off of. Your job is to localize, execute, and grow.

What You'll Own

• Canada DTC store P&L — revenue, CVR, AOV, new customer acquisition, and subscription metrics
• Canada paid media execution — working with our performance media team to deploy budget efficiently against Canadian audience segments across Meta and other channels
• Localization of .com playbooks — adapting homepage, PDPs, landing pages (Replo), promotional calendars, and email/SMS flows (Klaviyo) for the Canadian consumer
• Canada pricing architecture — maintaining CAD/USD pricing alignment, enforcing omnichannel price integrity across any Canadian retail doors
• Reporting and analytics — owning Canada-specific performance visibility within our broader attribution stack (Triple Whale, Prescient)

What We're Looking For

• 4–7 years of ecommerce experience, ideally in DTC health, wellness, or consumer goods
• Direct ownership of a Shopify storefront — accountability for revenue, not just contribution
• Fluency in performance analytics: you read dashboards, identify gaps, and act without being asked
• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo and Meta Ads; expert in MTA and MMM tools
• Understanding of Canadian market nuances — consumer behavior, Health Canada/NPN regulatory considerations for product claims, and CAD/USD pricing dynamics
• Comfortable in a lean, fast environment where you execute and own outcomes

Bonus Points

• Experience with Recharge or subscription-first DTC brands
• Background in liposomal supplements, nootropics, or performance wellness

Work Location & Schedule

This position follows an enforced hybrid schedule, requiring team members to be present in our San Diego, California office at least four days per week (Monday–Thursday). Fridays are available for remote work. This role also requires attendance at all in-person monthly team meetings and quarterly company events.

Physical Requirements

This role primarily involves office-based work and requires the ability to occasionally lift, carry, or move items up to 20–30 pounds, such as files or office supplies. Employees should be able to sit or stand for extended periods and perform frequent computer-based tasks, including prolonged exposure to a computer screen.
