Seeking a Business Analyst with 3 years of experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and project support. The candidate will work with stakeholders and technical teams to create clear business and functional documentation supporting successful project delivery.
Required Skills:
- Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
- Strong experience with SOWs, project charters, BRDs, use cases, and functional specifications
- Experience documenting current/future state workflows and business processes
- Requirements traceability and UAT documentation experience
- Experience preparing meeting notes, decision logs, and stakeholder documentation
- Strong collaboration skills with PMs, technical teams, and business stakeholders
- Experience maintaining organized project/document repositories
