Job Description:
- Reliability improvement initiatives for machining centers and critical manufacturing assets.
- Perform reliability data analytics using CMMS (Llumin) and other digital tools to identify trends, failure modes, and improvement opportunities.
- Drive RCA/RCCA investigations for equipment failures and chronic maintenance issues; implement permanent corrective actions.
- Improve machine availability and OEE through loss analysis, defect elimination, and proactive maintenance strategies.
- Support and deploy Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Operator Care programs, particularly on constraint machining centers.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and reliability standards across maintenance activities.
- Develop and manage critical spare parts and obsolescence strategies to minimize downtime and risk.
- Support predictive maintenance initiatives, including vibration analysis, lubrication management, and thermal monitoring.
- Partner with engineering and operations teams to influence reliability in new equipment design, installation, and commissioning.
- Support New Capital Introduction (NCI) projects with a focus on maintainability, reliability, and lifecycle cost optimization.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related discipline).
Minimum 5 years of experience
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong hands-on experience with CNC machining centers and miscellaneous manufacturing assets.
- Expertise in Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA), reliability engineering principles, and statistical data analysis.
- Proficiency in Root Cause Analysis (RCA/RCCA) methodologies.
- Experience using Llumin CMMS or similar maintenance management systems.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills using Microsoft O365 and Power BI.
- Experience in project management and New Capital Introduction (NCI).
- Hands-on CNC capability, including machine setup, operation, programming, and coaching/training operators.
- Excellent communication skills with clear and fluent English, both written and verbal.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
