Role Description
We’re looking for an experienced Partner Development Manager to help us scale through strategic partnerships.
This role will focus on building relationships with HR consultants, fractional HR firms, cybersecurity advisory firms, vCISOs, and industry-specific consultants who advise companies on HR, compliance, cybersecurity, operations, and risk.
If you have strong relationships with consultants, advisors, or firms that serve business leaders, and you’re excited about bringing a new solution to market, we’d love to hear from you.
This is a full-cycle role for someone who can make an immediate impact by leveraging their existing network, building new partner relationships, leading the growth of our partner ecosystem, and bringing Cygrade to market through trusted advisor channels.
Partner Types We’re Focused On
- HR consultants and fractional HR firms
- Cybersecurity advisory firms and vCISOs
- Industry-specific consultants, including behavioral health, ABA, rehab, private schools, nonprofits, law firms, insurance agencies, medical practices, dental practices, senior care, staffing, property management, and government contractor consultants
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience building partnerships or selling through consultants, advisors, or referral partners
- Existing relationships with HR consultants, cybersecurity advisors, vCISOs, or industry-specific consultants and ability to utilize them in this role (crucial)
- Ability to operate full-cycle, from sourcing partners to activating them and generating client opportunities
- Experience bringing new products or categories to market
- Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable in an early-stage environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to explain a new solution clearly to partners and their clients
- Based in New York and able to work on-site
