✈️ Role Overview
We are looking for a Stress Repair Engineer with strong experience in aerostructure stress analysis and repair solutions. This role involves evaluating and supporting structural repairs for aerospace components, with a focus on delivering accurate and timely engineering assessments in a fast-paced environment.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Perform static and fatigue stress analysis on metallic and composite aerospace structures
Conduct in-service repair analysis and support repair approvals
Apply hand calculations and engineering judgment to validate structural integrity
Develop and evaluate repair solutions for nacelle and aerostructure components
Utilize FEM tools (NASTRAN / PATRAN) for detailed structural analysis
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient repair releases
Work independently or with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
✅ Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in aerostructure stress analysis
Strong expertise in stress analysis of aerospace structures (metallic & composites)
Hands-on experience with FEM tools such as NASTRAN and PATRAN
Experience in nacelle stress analysis and repair analysis (preferred)
Solid understanding of static and fatigue analysis principles
Ability to make quick, sound engineering decisions in time-critical scenarios
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
🎓 Education
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Civil Engineering (or related discipline)
