We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Account Coordinator to join our client services team. If you love marketing and making things happen, we want to meet you. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of marketing experience (including internships) who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and is ready to grow their career in marketing.
In this role, you’ll support campaign execution, coordinate with internal teams, and help ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.
What you’ll do:
• Support Account Managers with campaign planning, execution, and reporting
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and client communications
• Collaborate with creative, digital, and production teams
• Prepare client presentations, sales presentations, research and reporting
What we’re looking for:
• 1–2 years of marketing, agency, or account support experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Familiarity with tools like HubSpot or project management platforms is a plus
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
