Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Reliability Engineering, including reliability modeling and prediction methods
- Advanced Analytical Skills for interpreting data, identifying trends, and making data-driven recommendations
- Experience with Failure Analysis techniques and tools to determine root causes and corrective actions
- Knowledge of Reliability Centered Maintenance principles and application to complex systems
- Hands-on Troubleshooting skills for mechanical, electrical, or integrated systems in an operational environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or related field); advanced degree is a plus
- Familiarity with DOD, NASA, or DOT standards and regulations is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills for preparing clear technical documentation and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to work on-site in Houston, TX and occasionally support field activities or customer meetings
