Responsibilities
- Interior and exterior painting
- Surface preparation (sanding, patching, masking, caulking)
- Rolling, brushing, and spraying
- Keeping jobsites clean and organized
- Communicating professionally with homeowners and team members
Qualifications
- Painting experience preferred (2 years is a plus)
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable and punctual
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
