Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Serves as a representative of Brett/Robinson, displaying courtesy, tact, consideration, and discretion in all interactions with other employees of Brett/Robinson, owners, guests, and other members of the community.
- Reads work orders and specifications to determine areas requiring painting.
- Uses tools required for general paint preparation.
- Sands and prepares surfaces for painting.
- Paints walkways, stairwells, gates, walls, outside unit door, and common door areas.
- Reports safety issues.
- Attends departmental meetings.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Brett-Robinson maintenance departments are staffed seven days per week. There may be a scheduling need that requires evening hours.
- Uniforms are required for all Brett-Robinson maintenance staff through Liberty Linen Uniforms must be laundered, pressed, and fit appropriately.
- Work environment includes exposure to inclement weather, heat, and humidity.
