This is a commission based role with uncapped potential. An hourly rate is paid for in-studio hours. All additional hours are flexible and paid from earned sales commissions. We are looking for someone who is ambitious, passionate about fitness, has a strong desire to learn and constantly improve to increase earning potential.


Your Role & Responsibilities

1. Studio Leadership & Operations

  • Be the face of the studio, ensuring a welcoming and high-energy environment for riders and staff.
  • Oversee all studio operations to ensure smooth and efficient daily functionality.
  • Manage studio scheduling, ensuring classes are properly placed to optimize utilization and attendance.
  • Hold weekly team meetings with instructors and CBX staff to review studio performance and KPIs.
  • Ensure that daily checklists are completed to maintain a clean and organized studio.
  • Monitor studio platforms (The Tap, Digital Stack, PIQ, Club Ready, Owner’s App, Yext, etc.) for performance tracking and marketing needs.
  • Regularly take classes (at least 1x/month per instructor) to stay connected with the product.

2. Sales, Membership Growth & Performance Tracking

  • Understand studio KPIs, including leads, memberships, revenue, class utilization, and new rider conversions.
  • Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track:
  • Sales and membership growth
  • Cancellations and freezes
  • Class utilization
  • Lead traffic trends (notifying the owner of any dips in digital leads)
  • Hold the team accountable for driving leads through grassroots marketing, referrals, and member engagement.
  • Develop and execute local marketing strategies to attract and retain members.
  • Support the team in new rider conversions, ensuring FTRs have an excellent experience with follow-ups via calls, texts, or emails.

3. Team Management & Culture Development

  • Hire, train, and manage CBX staff and instructors to uphold CycleBar standards.
  • Oversee team payroll in collaboration with the franchisee.
  • Ensure the studio is properly staffed each week to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Hold team members accountable for promoting their classes, maintaining studio cleanliness, and meeting performance goals.
  • Foster a positive studio culture, where staff and members feel valued, engaged, and excited to return.
  • Plan team-building opportunities outside the studio to strengthen relationships and team cohesion.

4. Marketing & Event Planning

  • Plan studio events, theme rides, and holiday promotions at least 2-3 months in advance to drive engagement and lead generation.
  • Ensure social media calendars are built out 1-2 months in advance and populated in Digital Stack.
  • Manage studio communications, ensuring emails are sent weekly and marketing assets are up to date.
  • Develop and submit any additional studio asset requests via the Custom Request form.

5. Rider Experience & Community Building

  • Ensure all FTRs receive an excellent experience through personal check-ins and follow-ups.
  • Work with instructors to create engaging post-class announcements and hold them accountable for delivering them.
  • Attend weekly support calls and communicate key takeaways to the team.
  • Respond to incoming studio inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
