Your Core Mission
As a Service Technician, you are the heartbeat of Cycle City. You take machines that are broken, tired, or ready for upgrades and turn them back into high-performance thrill machines. Working in our clean, well-equipped shop, you will collaborate with our awesome Service Advisors to deliver elite diagnostics, flawless repairs, and unmatched reliability to Rochester's riding community.
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Diagnose & Destroy Gremlins: Use advanced diagnostic software and specialized tools to accurately troubleshoot complex electrical, fuel, and mechanical issues.
- Precision Repairs: Perform high-quality engine rebuilds, suspension tuning, brake jobs, and routine interval maintenance.
- Unbox the Fun: Correctly assemble, inspect, and prep brand-new flagship units to make sure they are flawless before hitting the showroom floor.
- Keep It Professional: Document your work clearly on digital repair orders so our advisors can keep customers accurately informed.
What You Bring (Qualifications)
- The Wrench: Minimum 2 years of professional powersports or automotive repair experience (factory certifications are a huge plus!).
- The Arsenal: Ownership of a comprehensive set of professional-grade hand tools and a secure roll box.
- The Vibe: A team-first attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for the Powersports industry.
- The Credentials: A valid driver’s license with a motorcycle endorsement (or the ability to get one quickly).
