No dealership parts experience? That's okay. If you have a strong interest in powersports, a willingness to learn, and enjoy working with people, we'll provide the training you need to succeed.

Responsibilities
- Assist customers in finding the right parts, accessories, riding gear, and maintenance products
- Deliver outstanding customer service in person, over the phone, and through digital communication
- Learn to use manufacturer parts catalogs and dealership software to identify and order parts
- Help process customer orders, special orders, returns, and warranty parts
- Receive, stock, and organize inventory
- Work with the service department to supply technicians with needed parts
- Help merchandise the showroom and keep displays clean and organized
- Stay current on new products and manufacturer promotions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
Qualifications
- Passion for motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, or powersports
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to lift and move parts and merchandise as needed
- Retail, automotive, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Motorcycle riding experience or endorsement is a plus, but not required
