Job Summary:
Role and Responsibilities
Set up machine and confirm for accuracy using necessary equipment
Set up machine parts to specification using shop machinery and equipment
Mark and inspect parts as required
Produce parts in a timely manner
Maintain paperwork as required
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
High school diploma required.
Minimum two (2) years' experience required.
Must have good mechanical aptitude.
Knowledge of set up, operation and programming of CNC lathes required, or manual lathe experience required.
Preferred Skills:
Must be capable of producing and measuring parts machined per specification in a timely manner
Must have good mechanical aptitude·
Knowledge of CNC programming helpful·
Must be able to consistently lift 50 pounds·
Must be able to handle extreme heat·
Must be able to come to work on time each day Manual machining experience preferrable
