Support the development and testing of Client systems and services
Deliver advanced analytics and business intelligence for Payment Services operations.
Design, implement, and maintain dashboards and data pipelines.
Provide actionable insights through data mining and statistical analysis.
Description:
Build and maintain marketing performance dashboards (Power BI) that track campaign and channel KPIs, trends, and outcomes on a daily/weekly/monthly cadence.
• Define KPI methodology and measurement standards (e.g., conversion rate, CPA, CPL, engagement rate, attribution assumptions, audience performance) and ensure consistency in reporting.
• Provide decision support for campaign planning: audience sizing, segmentation insights, channel performance, and expected lift—supporting responsible audience selection practices.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses to answer executive and leadership questions (e.g., campaign effectiveness, funnel drop-off, channel mix optimization, member behavior trends).
• Partner with Marketing, Digital, and Sales stakeholders to translate business questions into metrics, datasets, and dashboards; ensure insights are easy to understand and action.
• Support data integration and pipeline health for marketing reporting (data validation, monitoring, and improving reliability/automation where possible).
• Maintain documentation for KPI definitions, dashboard logic, and reporting processes; implement data controls.
