Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a System Administrator based in San Diego, CA or Rio Rico, Arizona with some flexibility to work remotely. Responsibilities include managing and maintaining IT/OT systems, diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support to users, and ensuring the security and integrity of network systems. The System Administrator will collaborate closely with the IT/OT team and stakeholders to ensure the optimal performance of the organization's technical infrastructure in an OT environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in System Administration, including managing and maintaining servers and operating systems
- VmWare Certification Required
- OT/IT experience
- Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Comprehensive knowledge in Information Technology systems and tools
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network , CompTIA Security , or similar are a plus
