System Administrator Level 2 with Security Clearance

Overview What We're Looking For As a System Administrator at CyberPoint, you will provide hands-on support for mission-critical systems, ensuring reliability, performance and operational continuity. Youll work across both user support and system administration functions, handling Tier 1 and Tier 2 issues while contributing to system improvements and stability. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in Linux and Windows environments who is comfortable troubleshooting, scripting and supporting a mix of infrastructure and end-user needs. • Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) support for initial issue identification and resolution
• Handle Tier 2 escalations, troubleshooting more complex system and user issues
• Configure, manage and maintain Linux/UNIX and Windows operating systems
• Support Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2022 environments
• Perform system updates, patching and maintenance to ensure performance and security
• Troubleshoot system updates, patching and maintenance to ensure performance and security
• Implement system enhancements to improve reliability and operational efficiency
• Utilize scripting (eg Bash) to automate routine system administration tasks
• Support day-to-day IT operations across systems and users
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to resolve issues and improve systems This position is 100% onsite and requires an active TS/SCI FSP Security Clearance. Qualifications What You'll Need
• US Citizenship
• Active TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph
• Bachelors degree in a technical discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
• IAT Level II Certification (eg Security , CE, CySA GSEC, SSCP or equivalent)
• Experience supporting both Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT operations
• Intermediate experience with Linux system administration
• Experience administering Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2022
• Experience troubleshooting system and user issues across environments
• Experience with scripting (eg Bash or similar)
• Ability to manage and configure operating systems and system components
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills What Will Set You Apart
