Highly motivated Sales Hunter to drive net-new business acquisition for our US division. The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-driven sales professional with a proven track record of identifying, engaging, and closing new customers. This role focuses exclusively on new logo acquisition and pipeline generation, not account management.

Key Responsibilities:

New Business Development:

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new enterprise and mid-market clients for IT services.
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Develop and execute a targeted hunter sales strategy aligned with company growth goals.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, cold calling, social selling, and networking.

Client Engagement & Solution Selling:

  • Understand client business challenges and position IT services as value-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to craft compelling proposals.
  • Experience in selling IT services, including (but not limited to):
  • Application Development & Maintenance
  • Cloud Services
  • Digital Transformation
  • Data & Analytics
  • Managed IT Services

Market & Relationship Development:

  • Research market trends, competitors, and customer need to identify new opportunities.
  • Establish relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.

Sales Performance & Reporting:

  • Consistently meet or exceed new business revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM updates.
  • Provide regular sales reports and pipeline reviews to leadership.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10 years of new business sales experience in IT Services, Technology Consulting.
  • Proven success as a hunter with a strong record of closing net-new logos.
  • Strong understanding of IT services and solution-based selling.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience selling to mid-market and/or enterprise customers.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
