Highly motivated Sales Hunter to drive net-new business acquisition for our US division. The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-driven sales professional with a proven track record of identifying, engaging, and closing new customers. This role focuses exclusively on new logo acquisition and pipeline generation, not account management.
Key Responsibilities:
New Business Development:
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new enterprise and mid-market clients for IT services.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure.
- Develop and execute a targeted hunter sales strategy aligned with company growth goals.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, cold calling, social selling, and networking.
Client Engagement & Solution Selling:
- Understand client business challenges and position IT services as value-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to craft compelling proposals.
- Experience in selling IT services, including (but not limited to):
- Application Development & Maintenance
- Cloud Services
- Digital Transformation
- Data & Analytics
- Managed IT Services
Market & Relationship Development:
- Research market trends, competitors, and customer need to identify new opportunities.
- Establish relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
Sales Performance & Reporting:
- Consistently meet or exceed new business revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM updates.
- Provide regular sales reports and pipeline reviews to leadership.
Required Qualifications:
- 10 years of new business sales experience in IT Services, Technology Consulting.
- Proven success as a hunter with a strong record of closing net-new logos.
- Strong understanding of IT services and solution-based selling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience selling to mid-market and/or enterprise customers.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
