Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Finance Subject Matter Expert (SME) to drive financial transformation initiatives within a security services and large-scale retail operations environment. The ideal candidate will streamline financial workflows, enhance operational controls, strengthen compliance, and support automation across distributed retail and security ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end financial process assessments across Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), budgeting, forecasting, expense management, and financial reporting.
• Define, develop, and standardize financial best practices tailored to security guard operations, patrol services, and retail operational models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement automation solutions using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Pega, Power Automate, Work Fusion, Camunda, Automation Edge, AkaBot, or StackStorm.
• Oversee system and workflow enhancements, including process optimization, automation deployment, and integrations with ERP or financial platforms.
• Ensure adherence to SOX controls, audit standards, compliance requirements, and risk-control frameworks across financial operations.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and performance reporting frameworks to monitor financial health and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support and execute financial transformation roadmaps for multi-location, high-volume retail environments with distributed workforces.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7 years of experience as a Finance SME, Financial Analyst, Finance Process Lead, or similar role.
• Experience working in high-volume, distributed industries such as security services, retail, logistics, or field services.
• Strong expertise in corporate finance, cost allocation, workforce billing, payroll integration, and automated financial reconciliation.
• Hands-on experience designing or managing automation workflows using at least one of the following tools:
• UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Pega, Microsoft Power Automate, Work Fusion, Camunda, Automation Edge, AkaBot, StackStorm.
• Proficiency with major ERP systems (Oracle, Workday Financials, SAP, or equivalent).
• Exceptional documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
