Job Description
The Business Support Specialist shall be responsible for providing administrative services to assist in the following:
Extensive record keeping, management of documents, scheduling clients for appointments, overseeing the direction of patients or applicants, employees, and contractors through various processes, filing of confidential evaluations, data entry of quality control metrics, answering clients’ inquiries, and organizing libraries of information.
The Business Support Specialist shall possess the following capabilities:
Assist with coordination and preparation of workshops and seminars
Type memos, letter and reports
Maintain Excel spreadsheets and databases
Lift and prepare boxes of records weighing up to 30lbs
Administrative support for large-scale record keeping such as but not limited to typing and filing confidential documents and evaluation
Schedule client appointments, Administer and proctor tests
Enter data of quality control metrics

Required Skills
High School diploma
Three (3) years of experience with Microsoft Word
Two (2) years of experience with Microsoft Excel and database entry
Three (3) years of experience performing general office work; Knowledge of medical and psychological terminology
Active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph required

The salary range for this role is $65,000 - $73,000. This range is a good faith estimate that reflects various experience levels.
