We are seeking a skilled Workers Compensation Attorney to join our legal team. The successful candidate will represent clients in workers' compensation cases, providing expert legal advice and advocacy to ensure their rights are protected and they receive appropriate compensation for work-related injuries.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in workers' compensation hearings and litigation
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies
- Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Advise clients on their rights and legal options regarding workers' compensation claims
- Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel
- Attend depositions, mediations, and court proceedings as necessary
- Maintain client files and documentation in accordance with legal standards
- Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
- Experience in workers' compensation law, specifically defense
- Strong litigation skills and experience in similar cases
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Salary : $70,000 - $130,000
