Position Overview

The Warranty and Claims Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the warranty and claims process, ensuring efficient processing, compliance with regulations, and high-quality customer service. This role involves leading a team of claims representatives, resolving complex issues, and implementing best practices to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train claims processing staff to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Manage the warranty and claims process from initiation to resolution, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Resolve complex claims issues and disputes by conducting thorough investigations and communicating effectively with customers and stakeholders.
• Analyze claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement, implementing strategies to enhance service delivery.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company standards in all warranty and claims activities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout the claims process.
• Lead team meetings, provide coaching and feedback to team members, and foster a collaborative work environment.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warranty and claims processing, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong customer service orientation with proven problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills to assess claims data and identify trends.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk assessment in the warranty and claims industry.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve performance goals.
  
  

Salary - $50,000 - $70,000
