Position Overview
The Warehouse Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the logistics and supply chain activities, ensuring efficient warehouse management, timely shipping and receiving of goods, and compliance with safety regulations. The supervisor will lead a team, optimize processes, and work towards continuous improvement in logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory management and storage practices.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of logistics staff to achieve operational goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all logistics activities.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage shipping and receiving processes, including documentation and tracking.
• Utilize ERP systems for data entry and inventory tracking.
• Monitor and maintain quality control standards in logistics processes.
• Develop and maintain strong communication with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Analyze logistics data to identify trends and recommend solutions for potential issues.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics coordination and supply chain management.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and best practices.
• Demonstrated team leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
• Familiarity with safety compliance standards and regulations.
• Experience in process improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in shipping and receiving procedures, including documentation.
• Data entry experience and familiarity with ERP systems.
• Valid forklift operator certification preferred.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders.
• Proficient in problem-solving techniques and quality control processes.
