We're a foundry semiconductor company that is globally recognized in designing and developing best-in-class solutions in RF, photodetectors and lasers for the wireless communication market. As we continue to grow we are looking for an experience leader to head up our RF Technology Department and Implementation team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a team, working with RF technology and 15 years of professional experience working in a semiconductor wafer fab or related environment.

Core Responsibilities
- Manage a team of engineers in device & process integration
- Manage multiple projects and customers focused in device characterization and process development
- Oversee production trouble-shooting, failure analysis and yield improvements using technologies like (HEMT, GAN, pHEMT or HBT)
- Leading the RF team - application & foundry engineers plus working with vendors and customers in various foundry entities
- 12-15 years semiconductor manufacturing (i.e. wafer fab) experience
- Background in various compound semiconductor device & tech experience (i.e. HEMT, HBT, pHEMT, GaN, GaaS, etc.)
- Leadership experience where you've previously lead engineering teams in a manufacturing-driven enviornment

Salary : $160,000 - $200,000
