VP of Preconstruction
Sitework and Civil | Atlanta Metro
This is a true VP preconstruction role at a $50M sitework contractor with several hundred employees and a growing backlog.
The work includes commercial and residential site development, mass grading, excavation, utilities, and some self-perform paving.
What you will do
- Lead and develop a team of 5 to 7 estimators
- Own bid strategy, pricing, and chase / no-chase decisions
- Set standards, improve hit rates, and tighten execution
- Partner closely with ownership and operations

- Base salary: mid $150s to mid $170s
- Annual bonus: historically approximately 8 to 10 percent of base, depending on company performance
