Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, focusing on military housing and MHPI initiatives.
- Develop and implement construction strategies that align with company goals and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee budgeting and financial management of construction projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial targets.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to secure favorable terms and conditions.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality assurance standards throughout the construction process.
- Manage and mentor construction teams, fostering a culture of teamwork and high performance.
- Engage with stakeholders to communicate project updates, address concerns, and build strong professional relationships.
- Monitor project schedules and timelines, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and final outcomes.
- Conduct risk management assessments to identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies.

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on military housing and MHPI projects.

- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, building codes, and construction safety standards.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Experience in single-family and multi-family residential construction projects is preferred.
