About The Role

- Own the end-to-end release process for all game titles and platforms
- Facilitate go/no-go decisions for first-party submissions and releases
- Develop and maintain standardized release workflows and documentation
- Coordinate with Production, QA, Marketing, Engineering, and platform partners for submissions
- Manage age rating processes with official bodies (ESRB, PEGI, etc.)
- Track certification requirements and deadlines for compliance
- Communicate release status and risks to stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
- Assist with public-facing releases, including betas
- 5 years of experience in Release Management or similar role
- Experience shipping multi-platform games through full development cycles
- Familiarity with submission processes for PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, and PC (Mobile/Mac a plus)
- Strong understanding of game development cycles and certification workflows
- Proven ability to manage complex, high-volume release schedules
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
