Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the sales strategy for North America and Latin America enterprise markets.
- Lead, hire, and train a high-performing sales team to achieve aggressive revenue targets.
- Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a consistent pipeline of opportunities.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key enterprise clients and solution providers to drive long-term partnerships.
- Analyze market trends and competition to identify new opportunities for revenue growth.
- Set and monitor sales quotas for the team, providing guidance and support to meet objectives.
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales performance and forecast future sales activities.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in enterprise sales, preferably in technology or software sectors.
- Strong track record of hiring, training, and developing successful sales teams.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth in North America and Latin America markets.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and understanding of enterprise network solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales management best practices.
- Experience selling into Enterprise global customers
- Experience selling into Solution Provider customers
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
