Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans for asphalt production and operations
- Oversee project management for asphalt-related projects from inception to completion
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all operations
- Lead and mentor teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Manage relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to enhance business growth
- Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to capitalize on opportunities in the asphalt sector
- Control budgets and optimize resource allocation for maximum efficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 15 years of experience in the asphalt industry, with at least 10 years in a senior management role
- Proven expertise in concrete and asphalt production processes
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery
- Excellent understanding of operations management and business development
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and roadway construction is a plus
- Experience with manufacturing and asphalt plants is highly desirable
