The Role
We are hiring a Vendor Relations Manager to own and scale our North American hardware vendor relationships. This role sits at the center of procurement, operations, and sales, with real ownership over pricing, availability, and delivery execution.
You will work directly with Tier-1 OEMs and act as the real-time connection between vendors and our internal teams. This is a hands-on role with visibility, accountability, and the opportunity to shape how our supply chain supports growth as demand accelerates.
What You Will Do
Own day-to-day relationships with Tier-1 hardware vendors, including RFQs, pricing, delivery timelines, SLAs, and escalations
Serve as the primary bridge between vendors, procurement, sales, and engineering
Provide sales teams with current pricing, availability windows, and lead times to support deal execution
Validate hardware availability and delivery commitments ahead of customer contracts
Build simple, scalable tracking and documentation to keep vendor operations running cleanly
Develop strong OEM relationships that support long-term growth and commercial alignment
What We Are Looking For
4 to 8 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or supply chain
Direct experience working with Tier-1 OEMs such as Super Micro, Dell, HPE, Lenovo, or similar
Strong understanding of how supply timelines impact sales cycles and customer commitments
Comfortable enforcing SLAs and driving accountability in fast-moving environments
Clear communicator who works well across sales, operations, and technical teams
Experience with data center, GPU, or AI infrastructure is a strong plus
