Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures for construction projects.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers and teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed reports on quality audits, inspections, and findings.
- Train and mentor on-site staff regarding quality control practices and protocols.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies regarding quality standards and expectations.
- Stay updated with industry best practices, certifications, and regulations related to construction quality control.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control management, preferably in the construction or healthcare sectors.
- Certification as a Quality Control Manager (QCM Cert) is highly desirable.
- Experience with NAVFAC and USACE standards is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of construction quality control processes and regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently to various project sites.
