Traveling Project Manager - PEMB/Structural Steel

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Traveling Project Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while also maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee multiple construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor project progress against these benchmarks.
• Conduct site visits to assess progress and address any challenges that arise during construction.
• Implement safety and quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Prepare regular project reports and updates for senior management and stakeholders.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and project management principles.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel frequently between project sites.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field required.
