Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Supervision:
- Supervise and lead a team of electricians, ensuring tasks are assigned and completed in a timely and effective manner to meet our productivity objectives.
- Provide direction, training, and support to crew members to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting teamwork and accountability among all crew members.
Project Coordination and Scheduling:
- Develop and adjust work timelines to align with the overall construction schedule, ensuring all tasks are completed within deadlines.
- Organize and coordinate project materials, tools, and equipment to ensure the crew has what is needed to perform the job efficiently.
- Proactively plan work activities to ensure materials and resources are available, enabling the team to work without delays.
