Traveling Electrical Foreman - Industrial Construction

The Foreman Electrician will play a crucial role in supervising electrical installations, supervising crew members, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all applicable codes. This leadership role involves coordinating work tasks, overseeing safety, and maintaining high standards of productivity and quality on the job site.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Supervision:

• Supervise and lead a team of electricians, ensuring tasks are assigned and completed in a timely and effective manner to meet our productivity objectives.
• Provide direction, training, and support to crew members to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting teamwork and accountability among all crew members.
  
  

Project Coordination And Scheduling

• Develop and adjust work timelines to align with the overall construction schedule, ensuring all tasks are completed within deadlines.
• Organize and coordinate project materials, tools, and equipment to ensure the crew has what is needed to perform the job efficiently.
• Proactively plan work activities to ensure materials and resources are available, enabling the team to work without delays.
