Your Mission Includes
- Planning and sequencing construction phases
- Scheduling subcontractors, trades, and vendors
- Leading safety orientations, toolbox talks, and pre-installation meetings
- Managing RFIs, submittals, and compliance documentation
- Overseeing stormwater management and regulatory inspections
- Collaborating with owners and design teams to resolve constructability issues
- Delivering strategic vision and leadership to field teams
We're looking for a confident, resourceful leader who knows how to get things done and inspire others to do the same.
Must-haves
- Experience: 5 years in construction field operations
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with Primavera P6, MS Project, Bluebeam, Procore, MS Office, Outlook, Zoom, MS Teams, AutoCAD (for plan viewing), and DocuSign
- Skills: Expert in plan reading, problem solving, strategic planning, technical writing, and risk mitigation
- Attributes: Decisive, reliable, persistent, knowledgeable, and cool under pressure
